September 20, 2019 Dermatology-Rheumatology Trainee Symposium - Alexandria, VA
In conjunction with Virginia Society of Rheumatologists Conference, NPF will hold a Dermatology-Rheumatology Trainee Psoriatic Disease Symposium. The symposium is a half-day event that brings dermatology and rheumatology residents fellows together to learn more about psoriatic disease and the importance of collaborative, interdisciplinary care.

Dermatology Residents and Rheumatology Fellows
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the basic science and pathophysiology of psoriatic disease
- Outline the physical and psychosocial impact of psoriatic disease
- Explain indications, recommended dosages, efficacy, long-term safety, monitoring and side effects for current psoriatic disease therapies
- Employ appropriate strategies to diagnose and treat comorbidities associated with psoriatic disease
