West Virginia Step Therapy - On Demand Webinar
The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) is pleased to invite you to an educational webinar on step therapy patient protections legistation recently passed in West Virginia.
Patient protections surrounding step therapy protocols were recently enacted by the West Virginia legislature. Applying to health insurance plans issued on or after January 1, 2018, the law offers patients and physicians a clear process to obtain an exception to step therapy. Utilizing this process will help ensure patients have timely access to the most appropriate medications as determined by their health care provider. Our webinar will provide a synopsis of the law from the perspective of both patients and providers.
